The model agrees to volunteer either themselves (if its a maternity session) or their child to model for Charlotte Gamache Photography. The model agrees to allowing CGP full creative authority over the shoot and understands that they cannot make any requests for certain poses, colours or props *

Charlotte Gamache Photography will not be held responsible for uncooperative newborns, babies or children. As this is a model session, certain poses, set-ups, backdrops and styling are specific to what is being required. CGP can't guarantee providing images to the model if the required images were unable to be achieved due to uncooperative newborns or children. *

CGP will provide the model with 5 professionally edited digital files in full resolution (chosen at the at the artistic discretion of the photographer) and grants the model printing rights to these images. Addtional images from the session can be purchased for $50 per image. Payment for any additional images purchased must be paid in full before the files can be released to the model. *

CGP retains the artistic right in selecting the images that are edited and presented to you. All unedited or RAW images will not be released. General touch-ups and stylistic editing will be applied to all images. Body hair, belly button clips, severe stretch marks, double chins, severe acne, tan lines, large birth marks and tattoos CANNOT be edited out. Any additional cosmetic editing requests will be billed out at $75 per hour. *

Final images will be delivered within 4 weeks of the session date via digital download. It is the responsibility of the model to download the images in a timely manner and provide all necessary back-ups. The digital download will remain active for 3 months from the delivery date by which time the session will be archived. Should the model require further access to the images after 3 months, a re-upload fee of $75 will be required to unarchive the session. All sessions remain archived for 4 years before being purged. CGP will not be held responsible for lost or damaged files once delivery has been completed. *
