Workshop/Mentoring Date *

Upon registration, a non refundable deposit is due to reserve your spot. The balance of the tuition is due one week before the Workshop or Mentoring Session and must be paid in full before participating. Should you need to cancel your spot, you may 'sell' your spot to another photographer to recoup any monies lost. *

Any information discussed, shared or given during the workshop/mentoring session is confidential and for the workshop/mentoring students only. Information given must NOT be discussed or shared in part or in it's entirety with any other photographers, online photography groups or person who have not attended a workshop with Charlotte Gamache Photography. All materials and information is protected under the copyright law and should not be distributed. *

I understand and agree to this policy

You are prohibited from teaching newborn workshops/mentoring sessions for at least 12 months following the workshop/mentoring date. This includes online workshops, teaching videos, teaching books (including digital material) and photography conferences and seminars. Should you decide to start teaching after 12 months you will be immediately removed from the private Facebook support group and will receive no further mentoring or support from Charlotte Gamache Photography. Violation of this policy will result in legal action. *

I understand and agree to this policy

Images taken during the workshop/mentoring session may be posted on social media, however a posing & styling credit must be given back to Charlotte Gamache Photography. You are not permitted to sharing any of your images taken during the workshop directly with the model's parents or with prop vendors. Workshop Images cannot be used in advertising, be sold for profit or submitted into magazines, competitions or any other profitable publication. *
